Miracles

There are a many variations of this story..........

A whole family is wiped out in a car crash except for one little girl that "miraculously" survives.  Depending on your superstitions you may cite "God" or "someone looking out for that girl"

But skeptical and cynical me cannot listen to any of these reports whether it is on the evening news, or through a friend, family member or acquaintance and not think this thought.

NO IT'S NOT A MIRACLE!  A MIRACLE WOULD HAVE BEEN IF THE CAR WOULD HAVE SPROUTED WINGS AND FLEW SO AS TO AVOID THE ACCIDENT ALTOGETHER!

Sorry to burst your bubble folks but Miracles don't exist, there is no such thing.

Peace

Its sad that you don't believe in miracles.
I think its amazing that the child survived, God's plans are intrinsic and complex and we may never understand how this works in his plan.
Did you ever think that the little girl could grow up to become a doctor and save the live of someone? or a councillor and help someone come to terms with a tragic loss?
I am not saying that I have all the answers, but God still works in these in times. And yes it would have been great if the family survived and the accident never happened but these are the things that shape us, we just have to choose whether it makes us or breaks us.

If you don't believe in miracles, how do you expect the Kings to win the cup without Kopitar or Williams?

Better start spending more time on your knees your highness.

I agree with your definition of a miracles. The term is overused today.
