Seabass at Pf Changs

This Past week we had our reigonal meeting with CareCredit.  It included a team dinner at PF Changs.  My co-worker Len said he was getting the seabass.  So I take a look at the menu and being a healthy fish eating gentleman I said why not?  Little did I know that I would be served one of the greatest dishes of all time (if not the greatest)

Folks, this seabass was perfect, and I mean perfect.  Phenomenal taste and texture.  And it was served on a bed of leaf spinach which I love.  Now right now the closest PF Changs to Valencia is in Woodland Hills about 25 miles away, but the word is we are going to have one here in about one year.

And let me tell you ladies and gentleman, you can bet your sweet boots I will be ordering the Seabass

Gotta try it, Garr. I am "hooked" on sea food as well. Am trying to be consistent with the recommended fish as per the Monterey Bay Aquarium's website on the right fish to eat.

Well, we are due for our lunch together in the next month. We have a PF Chang's right in MB on Rosecran's. Let me know when you feel like seabassing it.

By the way, I started a new diet (also hopefully for life) called the Diet Evolution. I looked into it because my glucose levels increased and my doctor said I was prediabetic. As you recall, my mother died at 71 from complications of diabetes. I do not want to have that happen to me. And, I do not want to go on the meds. To date, I went from 147 (was up as high as 153) to 136. Certainly, it was helped by the recent surgery, but I am eating healthy with smaller portions and wise snacks.

Thanks for your inspiration,
Denise
